In this dual interview, two of PPAI’s largest international members share the value found in partnership. As Steven Baumgärtner, CEO of leading German distributor Cybergroup International, saw increased need for supply chain certifications, he turned to Swiss business services firm Bluesign Technologies and its CEO Daniel Rufenacht to secure a solution for clients and government regulations. As North America’s sustainability needs follow the European trend, their cooperation suggests the efforts our industry will need to go to in order to meet demands, and the growing cohort of solutions providers we’ll call on for help.
