New to online education and need a PPAI username and password?

Call your Member Care Representative or 888-426-7724 x 3900 (M-F 8:30 am - 5 pm CST)

  1. Please log into the site.
  2. Make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off.
  3. The first time you enter the site, please fill out your profile and interest categories.
  4. Select the session you would like to attend from the Catalog, Search By Topic, Search By Series, or Recommended For You tabs on the right.
  5. Register and watch the session. Please note it will open in a new window.
  6. Once you have completed the session, please close the event recording or webinar window. Proceed to the session launch page for the Online Education Survey once completed it will add credit to your transcript. Please note, the survey will not be on your event recording or webinar window.

PPAI Certifications

PPAI online and live education sessions provide opportunities to learn from industry experts while earning credit toward PPAI Certification.  The CAS/MAS displayed with each session indicates the specific course level and amount of credit provided under the PPAI Certification Program.
